thanks for feedback.i feel honor to talk u.as u said only one time u can change your name .i see many accounts they change there name malti time.thats y i request to please give me a one more chance for change name.i shal be very thankfull to u.i m very old player in game .soon i will get top 10 position trophies.i like this game very much.

I know you can change your Alliance name for Gems, but to change your in-game name a second time, I have no idea, sorry. The reason is to avoid abuse. My best bet is to try with the support dept. but you have to give them a valid reason.

Tomaxo @tomaxolumpus .I did what u said . forum says they will not help me .i hope u will help me in in this case . as u know have evidence for this case many players change there name many time as u know he is Greak guy having many account in game .my brother gave him @april moon account and he change his name 2nd time .thats unbelievable for everyone but i know his account had not more chance but he change his name .in this condition i need your help and suggestion.thanks

Here's the official answer from Dev, cached from the old forums:
Q: Why game provides only one chance to change IGN?
Originally there was no option to change IGN, though we have considered allowing it at a Gem cost and this is not off our list. The main reasons for restricting name changes are:
- Players who are kicked from Alliances or are trolling other players can easily change their name, and re-enter the Alliances, or continue trolling.
- It becomes much harder to track players’ in-game activities based on user reports, if the person who is reported can easily change their in-game name.
- It becomes too easy for players, who have had their offensive name changed by support agents, to change their name to something equally offensive.
- It’s much easier to find circumventions to naming guidelines if you have infinite retries.
So support agents used to change IGN but they stopped due to abuse, unfortunately.

hy freind hope u r fine. i checked steam as u said .same problems as you said.Now i m top 10 in tropheise and officer in top slayer clan in titan league . its means i m active players in game. please think about me. i need to change name .i do everythink u want money or gems if want. u are my big hope please .do my work .i remember you always. i shall be very thank full to you
